 iPhones not being able to get IP Address.

I've got many issues with iPhones not being able to get IP Address.

Sometime, they work, but don´t mantaining the connection.

 

The Network issue description is:

The client is configured with an incorrect static IP address or gateway.”

Others mobile devices works fine.

 

Protected Management Frames is disable.

 

ExtremeCloud Version 21.1.21.11-IQVA

AP130 and AP230 version: 10.3.3.0 (10.3r3)

I’d suggest running a packet capture while an iPhone tries to connect, then filtering for the traffic just from that iPhone and look at the DHCP handshake to see which step is failing. That will typically give us a place to start troubleshooting.
